- Scam and fraudulent websites
- High-risk domains known for malware or phishing
- Malicious ad trackers that compromise your privacy
- Phishing attempts and deceptive websites
2.3 Data We Store for Alerts
To send you security alerts, we store only the following information:
- Blocked scam domain events (for alert notifications)
- High-risk domain block events (for alert notifications)
- Malicious tracker block events (for alert notifications)
2.4 Data We NEVER Store
Your privacy is our priority. We explicitly DO NOT store:
- Your browsing history
- Websites you visit
- Your internet traffic content
- Any data that could identify your online activities
All traffic passing through our secure tunnel is never logged, stored, or identified as belonging to you. We operate on a strict no-logs policy for your browsing activity.
3. Dark Web Monitoring Service
3.1 Service Description
Our Dark Web Monitoring service scans publicly available data breach databases to detect if your personal information has been compromised. This helps you take action to protect yourself from identity theft, fraud, and other cyber threats.
3.2 Data Sources & Ethics
All data breach information comes exclusively from publicly available sources.
- We source data only from publicly disclosed data breaches
- We NEVER purchase data from dark web marketplaces or illegal sources
- We NEVER create, fabricate, or enrich breach databases with our own collection
- All information is obtained through legal, ethical means
3.3 Data Display for EU Users (GDPR Compliant)
To comply with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we display limited information to users located in the EU:
- Names: Full name (first and last)
- Location: City and Country only (no full address)
- Date of Birth: Birth year only (not full date)
- Phone Number: Partially masked
- Passwords: NEVER displayed in plaintext
- Financial Data: No bank account numbers or sensitive financial data displayed
- Breach Information: Breach name and date only
This approach complies with GDPR Article 5(1)(c) on data minimization and Article 25 on data protection by design.
3.4 Data Display for Non-EU Users
For users outside the European Union, we provide enhanced breach information to better protect you and help you understand your exposure:
- Names: Full name
- Address: Full address (if found in breach)
- Phone Number: Full phone number
- Password Hints: Intelligent masking (partial passwords to help you identify accounts)
- SSN: Last 4 digits only (if found in breach)
- Breach Details: Complete breach data for comprehensive protection
This enhanced data display allows non-EU users to better understand their exposure and take more informed protective actions.
3.5 OTP Verification (Security Measure)
Important clarification: OTP verification is a security measure for identity verification, NOT a consent collection mechanism. Your consent for breach monitoring is obtained separately when you submit data for monitoring.
To prevent malicious use of our service, all breach monitoring queries require email verification:
- You must enter a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email
- OTPs expire after 15 minutes
- This verification ensures only the legitimate owner can access breach information
- OTP prevents unauthorized access to breach results - it does not constitute consent
- Even with verification, sensitive data remains partially masked
4. Data Storage & Retention

We store your personal data for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, all data is automatically deleted.
4.2 Data Minimization Commitment
